I like the way the author gives brief introduction about Instant Pot and how this intelligent multi-cooker helps you in the kitchen for making healthy and delicious meals everyday. This book gives you tips on how to use it properly. I prefer the simplicity of recipes, they are all easy to prepare and truly flavorful and healthy.

Sadly this needs some serious editing. I found many mistakes and unclear directions while looking for a recipe to try. One glaring example was .22 "cariacctore chicken" I think its meant to be cacciatore , which calls for boneless chicken legs, good luck finding those! Most of the recipes looked like they could be tasty, but I won't be taking any chances.

The author needs to proof read this book. Ingredient amounts are missing, typos everywhere, incomplete recipes. My favorite was the pulled pork sandwiche recipe that list the main ingredient as beef. It is inexcusable. Seriously! If you are this sloppy, I can’t trust any of your recipes. One word...credibility. I’m glad I didn’t buy the book. I planned to purchase this book and when I looked at a copy in the library I was glad I didn’t waste my money.
